Car Parking Information
There is NO ONSITE parking available to LIFE-FORCE visitors, at the rear of the property. However, you can find parking nearby as follows:
Priory Street is a one-way street, which is to be found on the left halfway down Queen Street. From the far end of the car park continue to walk along Priory Street and turn left into a red-bricked driveway in front of a red gate. Walk up the drive way and the rear entrance to LIFE-FORCE can be found on the right.
Britannia car park is located at the bottom of Queen Street. From Britannia car park proceed through a walkway and into Priory Street, turn right and follow directions as above from Priory Street Car Park.
All Saints House Regional Car Park
All Saints House car park is located in Roman Road off East Hill opposite LIFE-FORCE.
Grey Friars car park is located on Castle Road, accessed via Roman Road off East Hill opposite LIFE-FORCE.
Street Parking
Parking in East Hill and Roman Road is permissible Monday – Saturday after 6pm and Sunday anytime. Parking in Roseberry Avenue, which is located at the bottom of East Hill is not permissible Monday – Saturday 10:00-11:00am & 3:00-4:00pm.
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is permissible outside LIFE-FORCE in East Hill for up to 3 hours. However the main entrance is furnished with 3 steep steps up from the pavement into the building. LIFE-FORCE premises does not have any disabled car parking. Wheelchair users or visitors who are unable to manage the front entrance steps can be dropped off at the rear of the premises and come down the disabled ramp and enter by the back door. Access to the back of LIFE-FORCE is at the very end of Priory Street on the left.
Disabled Access
The building has limited disabled access and the Centre is regrettably unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs. Hand-pushed wheelchairs of 25 inches maximum are able to access the Centre at the rear of the building. The Centre has a disabled-friendly toilet, which is limited in size due to being a Grade II listed building, it located by the back entrance of the building.
