Training / Group Rooms
The splendid Georgian building on East Hill offers a safe, warm & professional ambiance suitable for both one to one therapies and medium sized groups. Renovation works previously carried out restored many of the features back to their period charm and character.
The Centre has one training room, The Rainbow Room, and a small meetings room, The Coral Room.
Room Hire
The LIFE-FORCE Centre hires out all the rooms to therapists & facilitators who can provide evidence of relevant qualifications, professional membership insurance and a DBS Enhanced Certificate when applicable.
Rainbow Room £21.00/ hour
Coral Room £17.00/ hour for small meetings

Due to health and safety we have a ‘no candle policy’, ‘no music policy’ and a smoke-free policy at the Centre.
The Rainbow Room
The Rainbow Room is a light space due to large period windows at either end of the room and is easily accessible being on the ground floor. There are also tea & coffee facilities at one end of the room. The room is suitable for training courses, meeting and groups, has a capacity for 12/18 people and is mostly available week days during the day, evenings and also some weekends.
The Main Kitchen
The main kitchen is in the basement and was purpose built to meet the needs of a busy centre. It has a large handmade beech table and is also equipped with a fridge, cooker and microwave. It is a bright welcoming place which is open to all those who visit and use the centre facilities. Hot drinks are available and it is a space that can sometimes be of quiet contemplation and at other times more interactive and sociable. The town centre is only a few minutes walk away where many lunch venues and take-aways can be found.
