NICOLE JOYCE BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor
Director & Centre Manager
Nicky qualified as a Person-centred Counsellor in 1992 and gained individual BACP Accreditation in 1996. She has been running LIFE-FORCE as sole Director since 1998. Her many years experience along with her genuine approach and well developed organisational skills, ensure LIFE-FORCE is always run in a smooth and efficient manner. She will be pleased to answer any enquiries regarding the range of activities offered at the Centre.
MARTIN CHESTER Dip Psychodynamic Counselling
Health & Safety Training Officer
Martin, as well as being on the Counselling Team, has been involved in the maintenance of the Centre since its establishment in 1994. He was the Project Manager for the relocation of LIFE-FORCE to East Hill in 2005, when his input was both fundamental and vital to the successful development of the premises to suit the requirements of both LIFE-FORCE and the local building regulations authorities. Martin takes great pride in maintaining a high decorative standard along with ensuring that the Centre is a place of safety for all staff & visitors.
ALISON SCRUTTON Dip Counselling
Senior Office Administrator
Alison qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 1998, and has been helping to run the LIFE-FORCE office since 2000. She has back ground experience in the Financial Sector and this, along with her counselling training and methodical administration skills, enables her to deal with the everyday running of the office in a highly efficient manner. She always has a welcoming, friendly & informative approach when answering enquiries regarding our specialist service.
ROMI RUDDOCK
Clerical Administrator
Romi joined LIFE-FORCE in Autumn 2011. Her excellent communication and IT skills compliment her friendly and conscientious personality, making her well suited for an administrative role. Romi's Psychology studies also gives her a keen interest and dedication to her work at LIFE-FORCE. She is a focused and driven individual, and a great addition to the management team.
KAREN WADDY BA (Hons) Sociology
Marketing Administrator
Karen joined LIFE-FORCE in February 2009 bringing with her a range of both Counselling & Business Skills. She has previous promotional and marketing experience and is very committed to the job of promoting LIFE-FORCE in a professional & determined manner. Karen is a kind and open person who is always interested in receiving any suggestions as to how or where she can continue to spread the news of all our services in the community as a whole. Karen, along with her many other tasks, is also involved in the creative development and maintenance of the LIFE-FORCE website.
PAT HARPER
Centre Housekeeper
Pat has worked at LIFE-FORCE since 2004 and remained a vital part of our Management Team when LIFE-FORCE relocated to East Hill. She has many years cleaning experience and her friendly and obliging personality means all tasks are carried out in a rapid and thorough manner. Pat puts a lot of effort & hard work into ensuring the Centre is kept clean, tidy & well cared for at all times. She is a vital part of the smooth day to day running of the Centre.
